Your privacy matters to FlywayPro (flyway.pro). This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we use it, and your rights.
Data we collect
We collect the search inputs you enter (cities, dates, passengers) to operate and improve the comparison service; your email only if you voluntarily enable price alerts; and basic technical usage data (such as clicks on price offers) for operations and statistics. We never request or store payment card details — payment happens on the booking site, not with us.
Cookies
We use limited functional cookies: a language preference cookie (Arabic/English), a cookie that remembers your privacy choice, and an admin session cookie that does not concern visitors. Only with your consent, we use analytics cookies through Segment to measure visits and understand how the platform is used (an anonymous visitor ID, pages viewed, referral source); we never use them for advertising and never sell them. You can accept or decline from the banner shown on your first visit and change your choice anytime from “Privacy settings” at the bottom of the page; declining deletes these cookies. Our partners’ tools (such as referral tracking) may set cookies under their policies when you continue to them.
Sharing with third parties
When you click “Select”, you move to the seller's site (such as Aviasales or other booking partners) and become subject to their privacy policies. We use trusted providers to run the service: website and database hosting, and the alert email delivery service. We do not sell your personal data.
Price alerts and email
We use your registered email only to send the price-drop alerts you requested. You may ask us to stop them or delete your email entirely at any time.

Location-based personalization
When you visit, we may infer your approximate city from the IP address that reaches our server with your request (without accessing your device’s precise location and without any browser permission), solely to pre-suggest a departure city in the search form. The suggestion is always editable, and we do not store this information in a profile about you.
