Nature of the service
Flyway is a flight price search and comparison engine (metasearch). We do not sell or issue tickets and provide no air transport services — booking and payment happen entirely with the airline or booking agent you continue to.
Prices and accuracy
Displayed prices come from our partners and change constantly; the final price at the seller's checkout may differ due to seat availability, fees, or refresh timing. The binding price is the one shown by the seller at booking time.
Commissions and disclosure
We may earn a commission from booking partners when a booking completes through our links, with no increase to the price you pay. The default “Best” ranking is based on price and duration for the user's benefit and is not influenced by commissions.
Limitation of liability
We strive for accuracy without guaranteeing it, and we bear no responsibility for disputes or damages arising from your dealings with the seller (flight changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, etc.) — these are the seller's responsibility under their terms.
Acceptable use
Using the site for any unlawful purpose, scraping its data, flooding it with requests, or harming its operation is prohibited.
Changes and governing law
We may amend these terms and publish the updated version here; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
